Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider Soprano Design has made an off-market takeover bid for all the ordinary shares in Software-as-a-Service (‘SaaS’) provider Whispir (ASX:WSP), which specialises communications management systems via a cloud-based platform for 48 cents cash/share.
Lithium developer Wildcat Resources (ASX:WC8) says latest assay results from the Leia Pegmatite, including 180m @ 1.1% Li2O from 206m in TARC148, confirm it is uncovering a Tier-1 ithium deposit at its Tabba Tabba project near Port Hedland in the Pilbara.
AML3D (ASX:AL3) continues to win contracts in the US, announcing a new contract for a $2.5 million ARCEMY industrial metal 3D printing system for Cogitic, which is a supplier of complex, “cannot fail”, components and assemblies to the US Navy’s submarine program and wider US defence applications.
Buxton Resources (ASX:BUX) says assay results returned from the first diamond drill hole have confirmed high-grade nickel sulphides at the Dogleg Ni-Cu-Co Prospect, West Kimberley Project in WA with 13.85m (true width 13.24m) at 4.35% Ni, 0.34% Cu, 0.15% Co from 177.34m, including 5.86m (true width 5.60m) at 7.47% Ni, 0.31% Cu, 0.25% Co from 179.08m.
GreenTech Metals (ASX:GRE)Diamond Drilling (DDH) has announced that diamond drilling has kicked off at the Osborne JV tenement E47/3719, a joint venture held with Artemis Resources (ASX:ARV).

Tempus Resources (ASX:TMR) has announced it will not acquire Aurora Lithium, a private company which owns the Cormorant and White Rabbit projects in central Manitoba, Canada. The company terminated a heads of agreement after completion of due diligence.
Copper Search (ASX:CUS) has received commitments to issue more than 7 million fully paid ordinary shares at 13 cents/share under a private placement to sophisticated, professional and institutional investors to raise up to $1 million along with up to $214k of shares to directors and other significant shareholders who require shareholder approval.
