First Au (ASX:FAU) has received statutory endorsement from Earth Resources and Regulation for its work plan in relation to the proposed bulk sampling at the Snowstorm Gold Project in East Gippsland, Victoria.
Melodiol Global Health (ASX:ME1) says its wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary Mernova Medicinal has achieved its highest ever monthly revenue of nearly $900k in October with already purchase orders of more than $600k in November.
Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) says executive chairman David Ledger has resigned to pursue other interests along with non-executive director Andrew Bruton due to other interests from close of business today.

Noble Helium (ASX:NHE) says after previously announcing reaching tophole casing point after encountering gas and helium the open hole section of Mbelele at its North Rukwa Helium Project in Tanzania has now been drilled to total depth of 400m TVD.
Ora Gold (ASX:OAU) has has announced it has received firm commitments to raise $5 million via a placement of more than 833 million fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.006/new share to institutional and sophisticated investors.
International gold producer SSR Mining (ASX:SSR) has released its Q3 FY23 results, which included quarterly production of 192,195 gold equivalent ounces at a cost of sales of $1095 and AISC of $$1289 per ounce. SSR remains on track for the low end of consolidated production guidance of 700,00 gold equivalent ounces.
