TG Metals (ASX:TG6) has intercepted high-grade lithium up to 2.28% Li2O at its Lake Johnston lithium-nickel-gold project in the Lake Johnston Greenstone Belt of WA.

West African gold producer Tietto Minerals (ASX:TIE) has received an off-market takeover offer from Chinese gold miner Zhaojin Capital to acquire all shares it doesn’t already own in the company for 58c/share — a 38% premium to the last close.

Digital payment and financial services provider, Findi (ASX:FND) has secured a 10-year contract with State Bank of India (SBI) that will generate revenue of up to $620 million, whereby the company will provide 4,219 ATMs in India.

Carbine Resources (ASX:CRB) has upgraded the resource at its Muchea West silica sand project to 110Mt at 99.65% SiO2.

First Lithium (ASX:FL1) First Lithium’s (ASX:FL1) drill program at the highly prospective Blakala prospect within its Gouna permit in Mali is off to a great start with one of the first two holes intersecting a thick, continuous 112.8m pegmatite.

Spartan Resources (ASX:SPR) has flagged high-grade gold assays from its non-core northern assets, the Glenburgh and Egerton projects, of up to 20.8g/t and 363g/t respectively.

GCX Metals (ASX:GCX) has completed the acquisition of the Dante nickel-copper-platinum group elements project in the West Musgrave region of WA.

Firetail Resources (ASX:FTL) says test work proves that conventional high pressure acid leaching can achieve up to 97% nickel recoveries at the Mt Slopeaway project in QLD.
