A quarterly took the win today, with Avira Resources (ASX:AVW) reporting some solid hits from its phase 1 diamond drilling at its Puolalaki project in Sweden – of 2.53m at 5.83g/t gold from 438.77m, including 1.23m at 9.78g/t gold from 438.77m during the period.

Next up was Azure Minerals (ASX:AZS), whose major shareholder Chilean firm SQM – one of the world’s largest lithium producers – has put in a massive offer that values the company at $1.63bn.

Exploration by Metal Hawk (ASX:MHK) at Yarmany in WA has identified a 1km-long pegmatite body with grades of up to 1,268 parts per million (ppm) Li2O, which will be the main target for maiden drilling next month.

Bulletin Resources (ASX:BNR) says the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) determined it wasn’t necessary for it to assess the environmental impacts of the company’s Ravensthorpe lithium project during the quarter, paving the way to progress the native vegetation clearing permit for the project. 

And employee software player LiveTiles (ASX:LVT) reported Q1 gross revenue retention of 97.9%, cash receipts from customers of $7.84m, and wrapped up the quarter with a cash balance of $3.57m.

Antilles Gold (ASX:AAU) has expanded the scope of its proposed La Demajagua gold project in Cuba to include the production of gold doré to increase profitability and de-risk mine development. 

Future Metals (ASX:FME) has upgraded the resource for its Panton project to 92.9Mt at 2.0g/t for 6.0Moz palladium equivalent.

NickelSearch (ASX:NIS) is gearing up to commence mapping and sampling next month to assess the lithium potential at its Carlingup project in WA. 

Lithium Energy (ASX:LEL) has upgrading the bulk of the resource – 2.4Mt LCE – into the indicated category at its Solaroz lithium brine project in Argentina.

DY6 Metals (ASX:DY6) has uncovered more high-grade heavy rare earths elements (REEs) and niobium at the Machinga Main Northern Zone, part of its flagship Machinga project in southern Malawi. 

Vulcan Energy (ASX:VUL) has received a conditional, non-binding letter of support from Export Finance Australia (EFA) for up to $200 million (~€120 million) to assist the financing of Phase One of its Zero Carbon Lithium project in Germany.

Variscan Mines (ASX:VAR) says the Department of Sustainable Development of the regional Government of Castile-La Mancha has approved a three-year extension of its exploration licence for the Guajaraz zinc-lead-silver-copper project in Spain.

Ora Banda (ASX:OBM) has updated its resource and ore reserve statement for the Davyhurst gold project by 50%.

European Lithium (ASX:EUR) says Critical Metals Corp has secured an additional US$10m investment facility to fund the development of the Wolfsberg lithium project in Austria.

First Lithium (ASX:FL1) has commenced diamond drilling at its Blakala prospect within its Gouna project in Mali. 

Pioneer Lithium (ASX:PLN) has wrapped up maiden fieldwork at its Root Lake project in Canada, identifying a total of 89 new pegmatites to assist with planning of its maiden winter drilling program. 

Melodiol Global Health (ASX:ME1) has received firm commitments to raise $1m at $0.005 per share which will be used towards select marketing and sales initiatives, corporate costs, and potential debt repayments. 

And Lanthanein Resources (ASX:LNR) has appointed Thomas Langley as non-executive director of the company.
