Alma Metals (ASX:ALM) is acquiring two exploration permits for minerals next door to its Briggs copper project in QLD.

Morella Mining (ASX:1MC) says seismic surveys at Fish Lake have identified a structure like the one hosting lithium brines at Albemarle’s Silver Peak lithium brine mine, 30km away.

Amp Energy has announced three-month extension to the Strategic Framework Agreement with Iron Road (ASX:IRD) as lead developer for the Cape Hardy green hydrogen project in WA.

And Syrah Resources (ASX:SYR) expects Active Anode Material (AAM) production at its 11.25ktpa AAM facility in Vidalia, Louisiana, USA, to start by the end of January 2024.

Ark Mines (ASX:AHK) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Currumbin Minerals (CM) for the supply and delivery of Heavy Mineral Sands (HMS) from its Sandy Mitchell rare earths and heavy minerals project for processing at CM’s treatment plant in QLD. 

Toubani Resources (ASX:TRE) has been registered as an Australian company effective from 8 January 2024, which it says may result in improved administration and efficiency and cost savings for the company.

And Lithium Australia (ASX:LIT) has completed the sale of its remaining 30% interest in the Lake Johnston lithium project to Charger Metals (ASX:CHR) for A$2m.
