Pan Asia Metals (ASX:PAM) is acquiring the massive ~1,200km2 Tama Atacama lithium brine project in Chile – that’s equivalent in scale 22x the area of Sydney Harbour or 10x the size of San Francisco city.

Loyal Lithium (ASX:LLI) has reported high-grade channel results of up to 5.44% Li2O at at its Trieste project in James Bay, Canada.

Chocolate maker Yowie Group (ASX:YOW) has received an off-market takeover offer from major shareholder Keybridge Capital (ASX:KBC) for a cash consideration of 3.4c per share, a small 10% premium to the one month VWAP.

Microbiome health company Biome Australia (ASX:BIO) announced unaudited half year sales revenue of ~$6 million and Q2 unaudited sales revenue of ~$3.3 million.

And reproductive biotechnology company, Memphasys (ASX:MEM) has signed an exclusive agreement with global IVF leader Vitrolife AB to sell and distribute its Felix System in both New Zealand and Canada.

Miramar Resources (ASX:M2R) has expanded its Bangemall projects in the Gascoyne Region of WA with the grant of the ‘Trouble Bore’ project (exploration licence E52/4301), adjacent to its Mount Vernon nickel-copper-PGE project.

Ionic Rare Earths (ASX:IXR) has secured a provisional mining licence for stage 1 of its Makuutu heavy rare earths project in Uganda.

The United States (US) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted PharmAust (ASX:PAA) a Pre-Investigational New Drug (Pre-IND) meeting for its monepantel treatment for motor neurone disease/amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (MND/ALS). 

Oceana Lithium (ASX:OCN) has elected not to acquire the Monaro lithium project in Canada to instead focus on its Solonópole lithium project in Brazil and Napperby lithium and rare earths project in Australia.

And Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL) has successfully spudded the second well at its Voyager helium project in Colorado, USA.
