Tiny capped chocolate maker Yowie Group (ASX:YOW) has received an off-market takeover offer for a cash consideration of 3.4c per share, a small 10% premium to the one month VWAP.
The offer comes from major shareholder Keybridge Capital (ASX:KBC), which has a diversified portfolio of listed and unlisted investments. It also dabbles in cryptocurrency trading.
Loyal Lithium (ASX:LLI) has returned high grade channel sample results from the Trieste project in James Bay, Quebec.

Best results included 11.5m at 1.72% Li2O. And yeah, that’s a giant 2.3m long spod crystal (highlighted in a purple outline, above).
And Nova Eye Medical (ASX:EYE) is now up 130% over the past week after announcing that its portfolio of canaloplasty devices will continue to be medically reimbursed after USA Medicare changes were withdrawn.
