Stockhead’s Top 10 at 10, published at ~10.40am each trading day, highlights the best (and worst) performing ASX stocks in morning trade using live data.
It’s a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.
The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every ASX stock has started trading.
WINNERS
Stocks highlighted in yellow have made market-moving announcements (click headings to sort).
Tyre recycling co Entyr (ASX:ETR) says it could earn ~$18m a year via its offtake deal with Trafigura, announced earlier this month.
Based on early market feedback, it anticipates “acceptable” market prices of ~$200/t for recovered carbon black and $750/t for oil.
The above example is “illustrative only”, ETR says. Still, the $30m capped stock is now up 90% over the past few weeks.
Some great late 2023 news for Nova Eye Medical (ASX:EYE), which says its portfolio of canaloplasty devices will continue to be medically reimbursed after USA Medicare changes were withdrawn.
The changes, due to come into effect January 2024, proposed to restrict or deny coverage for several procedures, including canaloplasty.
