FirstWave Cloud Tech (ASX:FCT) has secured its first major sale of its Network Management Information System (NMIS) platform as part of an expanded reseller deal with Mexico’s largest telecommunications group, Telmex.

Metalicity (ASX:MCT) has executed formal agreements and settled all disputes with Nex Metals Exploration (ASX:NME) regarding the Kookynie and Yundamindra gold joint venture – and will now hold 80% of the JV, up from 51%.

Formerly Jaxsta, the world’s largest dedicated database of official music credits Vinyl Group (ASX:VNL) has inked a more than $10 million deal to acquire The Brag Media, publisher of iconic Rolling Stone in Australia and New Zealand.

As of tomorrow BBX Minerals (ASX:BBX) will change its name to Brazilian Critical Minerals with the ASX ticker BCM to reflect its exploration focus on gold-PGM, base metal and Ionic Adsorbed Clay (IAC) Rare Earth Element (REE) deposits in the country. 

And Calidus Resources (ASX:CAI) is picking up Novo Resources’ (ASX:NVO) Nullagine gold project in WA for $250,000 in CAI shares and $5m in deferred production milestones payments.

Uranium play Norfolk Metals (ASX:NFL) has completed an aggressive 12-hole, Phase 1 drilling campaign at its Orroroo project in South Australia, delineating U3O8 mineralisation with grades of up to 796ppm. 

GreenTech Metals (ASX:GRE) has completed its maiden diamond drilling campaign at the Osborne JV in WA’s West Pilbara region.

Krakatoa Resources (ASX:KTA) says Phase 2 exploration at its King Tamba lithium project in WA’s Mid West is 75% complete – and so far has drilled into multiple pegmatites with thick intersections up to 39m in width downhole.

Galan Lithium (ASX:GLN) says construction of Pond 1 at its Hombre Muerto West lithium brine project in Argentina is 85% complete, with the company remaining on track for lithium chloride production in H1 2025.

Altech Batteries’ (ASX:ATC) Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for an 8,000tpa (120 GWh) alumina-coated metallurgical silicon plant in Saxony, Germany has returned impressive economics including capital investment of €112m, a net present value of €684m, and net cash of €105m per annum – plus the internal rate of return (IRR) is estimated at 34%, with investment capital paid back in 2.4 years and total revenue estimated at €328 million per annum.

Poseidon Nickel (ASX:POS) has entered into a farm-in agreement with unlisted Mantis Resources to earn into two tenements that host outcropping lithium-bearing pegmatites near Poseidon’s Lake Johnston project in WA.

Strategic Elements’ (ASX:SOR) lead innovator of its Energy Ink technology at UNSW, Professor Dewei Chu, has been awarded an Australian Research Council (ARC) Industry Fellowship for mid-career researchers – plus $1.02m to fund the project.

Reach Resources (ASX:RR1) has found multiple new niobium and Rare Earth Elements (REE) targets at its Wabli Creek project in WA following an external review on soil assay results.

Ionic Rare Earths (ASX:IXR) says its magnet recycling demonstration plant in Belfast, UK, is on track for 24/7 operations from early January 2024.

New World Resources (ASX:NWC) has nabbed drilling approval to test multiple VMS targets along strike from its Antler Copper project in Arizona, USA.

And ADX Energy’s (ASX:ADX) share purchase plan at A$0.16 per share has raised $1.578m to fund its share of the Giant Welchau Gas Prospect where well site construction has begun and drilling is expected to commence drilling in late January 2024.
