An encouraging lithium project in an up and coming neighbourhood, an existing nickel resource on the side and an IPO currently in the works.
Stockhead’s Sarah Hughan sits down with Western Australia Energy Resources (ASX:WER) CEO Greg Almond to learn about a new lithium explorer set to join the ASX.
At the time of publishing, WER was working to get its IPO over the line to bring to the ASX a portfolio of battery mineral projects in Western Australia.
At the company’s Jimberlana project, southwest of Kambalda, notable peers include Charger Metals, Mineral Resources, Rio Tinto and TG Metals.
“Charger has just done a JV with Rio Tinto, so that shows the confidence the juniors and the majors have in that area,” Almond told Stockhead TV.
Tune in to hear Western Australia Energy Resources’ Greg Almond talk about the company’s portfolio, why Lake Johnston is the place to hitch your boat and what early milestones will look like for the company once it hits the bourse.
