Education SaaS firm KNeoMedia (ASX:KNM) has received a second tranche of payment of $700k from the New York Department of Education, in connection with the ongoing deployment of the ‘Connect All Kids’ education initiative.

Adelong Gold (ASX:ADG) has been granted the third Brazilian licence for the Santa Rita Do Araçuaí project with initial exploration planned to start in December.

Tasfoods (ASX:TFL) has received ACCC approval to sell its Betta Milk and Meander Valley Dairy businesses to Bega Cheese (ASX:BGA), for a cool $11 million.

Battery Age Minerals (ASX:BM8) has received a drilling permit from the Ontario Ministry of Mines for its phase II drilling program at the Falcon Lake lithium project in Canada. 

And Medtech company Singular Health Group (ASX:SHG) says its master distributor in the US – CG1 Ventures – will take up the full $850k of its placement at 5.5 cents per share announced in August.

Spartan Resources (ASX:SPR) has received firm commitments to raise A$25 million via a placement at A$0.40 per share to pursue a rapid pathway back to production at its Dalgaranga gold project in WA.

Cyclone Metals (ASX:CLE) says it has found 15+ tonnes of sediment cores in sea containers that will allow it to complete metallurgical test work for its Block 103 Magnetite oron ore project in Canada. 

Green Technology Metals (ASX:GT1) has updated its Canadian Seymour project’s mineral resource estimate by 13% in the indicated category to 6.1Mt @ 1.25% Li2O.

Future Metals (ASX:FME) has exercised its option to acquire 100% of Osprey Minerals.

And Mako Gold (ASX:MKG) is raising $2m via a placement at 1c per share plus they’ve entered an exclusivity agreement with Côte d’Ivoire exploration company Goldridge Resources to potentially create a “district scale gold play with multi-million ounce potential.”
