A maiden drill program has begun at Yarmany’s F-camp prospect
Exploration results have mapped large 1km-long pegmatite, a lithium host rock
Yarmany has 50km of strike potential along the mineral-rich Ida Fault
Special Report: Maiden drilling is underway at Metal Hawk’s promising Yarmany lithium project, concentrating on testing the F-camp prospects’ large pegmatite and other regional targets.
Critical minerals explorer Metal Hawk (ASX:MHK) has been on a tear since it announced results from F-camp that mapped out a 1km pegmatite – exciting investors who have more than doubled its share price in a month.
Yarmany is within the lithium-rich Ida Fault in the WA Goldfields region, which is emerging as a world-class lithium precinct, hosting Liontown Resources’ (ASX:LTR) 156Mt @ 1.4% Li2O Kathleen Valley and Delta Lithium’s (ASX:DLI) 12.7Mt @ 1.2% Li2O Mt Ida.
Its tenements are also southern-adjoining of Wesfarmers’ (ASX:WES) and Ora Banda’s (ASX:OBM) $26m Federal Flag JV.

Drilling into Yarmany
When MHK mapped a 1km long and 140m wide pegmatite from rock chip sampling and returned up to 1,268ppm Li2O, the explorer immediately started planning a drill program to prove up the potential of Yarmany’s endowment.
That time has come, and all eyes are on the explorer as it determines if Yarmany will be the next big Goldfields lithium deposit within the Ida Fault.
Aircore drilling, already underway, will include several traverses and carefully placed angled holes to determine the orientation and depth of weathering of the F-camp pegmatite target.
A number of other geochemical lithium anomalies and targets around the F-camp prospect area will also be tested, with an RC rig to begin spinning imminently.

MHK MD Will Belbin says the regional discovery potential and scale of this project is enormous.
“We believe Yarmany has great discovery potential and we’ve been looking forward to getting on with our first lithium-focused drill program,” Belbin told Stockhead.
“It is a great effort by the team to get this program started timely following the acquisition only a few months ago.”
