Sampling to prove up Boomerang target area where 2.6g/t gold was previously intersected
Kula Gold says satellite imagery shows arsenopyrite – contiguous with known nearby gold deposits
Exploration at other Marvel Loch prospects is continuing

Special Report: Geochemical sampling at the Boomerang prospect, part of Kula Gold’s new Marvel Loch project near Southern Cross, will look underneath the kaolin in a bid to prove up a known gold intersection.

Boomerang is one of five highly-prospective gold prospects at Kula Gold’s (ASX:KGD) Marvel Loch project which is nestled between several known major gold mines – including north of the historical +600,000oz Nevoria mine and east of Minjar Gold’s 3Moz Marvel Loch mine.

Sampling at Boomerang

RC drilling – focused on drilling out a kaolin resource in November 2021 on a vertical 200m x 200m program – previously intersected an anomalous 1m @ 2.6g/t gold from 54m in hole 21BMRC024

Geophysics and satellite imagery interpretation work completed recently showed a distinctive offset structure in the magnetics.

A satellite Sentinel-2 arsenopyrite anomaly has been picked up – which is significant due to the fact many existing gold mines in the region contain arsenopyrite and KGD’s gold intercept is on the edge of the identified key target zone.

The planned close-spaced UFF soil sampling has now begun on a 20m x 20m grid to locate the most favourable drill targets.

Additional gold prospects

The KGD team is continuing to further develop existing gold prospects, including Stingray, 311, Nevoria North and G-Star.

Results from geochemical assays (gold and multi-element) will continue to be reported.
