Fintech and digital solutions commerce solutions provider Ovanti has announced its wholly-owned subsidiary iSentric has inked major omni channel development contracts with a top three commercial bank in Malaysia, forecast to be worth ~$4.8m annually.

Ovanti (ASX:OVT) says its wholly-owned subsidiary iSentric has entered significant new contracts to provide omni channel communications for CIMB Bank Berhad, one of the three largest commercial banks by assets operating in Malaysia.

OVT says the bank operates consumer banking services across multiple markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, and the Philippines.

The company says iSentric will manage the CIMB’s digital communications across multiple channels including SMS, WhatsApp, social media, and In App which are all underpinned by iSentric’s advanced platform capabilities.

iSenteic internally forecast the combined value of these contracts to be worth approximately AUD $4.8 million annually over the next three years.

OVT provides fintech and digital commerce solutions, enabling secure authentication and transaction processing for institutional clients.

The company’s core technology platform connects large customer bases with end users through any mobile device, seamlessly integrating mobile technology into existing business operations.

The company’s divisions include mobile banking and digital payments, catering to major Malaysian banks and telecom companies in Malaysia and Indonesia.

The latest contracts expand iSentric’s relationships to five of Malaysia’s top 10 banks.

iSentric also has contracts with Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat and BSN Bank, underscoring its role in supporting the evolving digital needs of banking services.

OVT says the latest contracts reinforce iSentric’s position as a preferred partner for leading financial institutions investing in digital transformation.
