Gold Mountain (ASX:GMN) will kick off rare earths exploration this month at the confusingly named ‘Down Under’ project in Brazil.
The small cap battler with big dreams is looking to replicate the success of neighbour Brazilian Rare Earths (ASX:BRE), which has a resource of 510Mt at 1,513ppm TREO.
Also making strong gains today are the mid tier uranium companies, led by Deep Yellow (ASX:DYL) (14%), Energy Resources of Australia (ASX:ERA) (13%), Boss Energy (ASX:BOE) (7.6%), and Paladin (ASX:PDN) (6.5%).
