Bounty Oil & Gas (ASX:BUY) is raising $1.15m via placement at 0.9c – an 18.2% discount to the last traded price. Each share comes with a listed option, exercisable at 2.5c before 30 November 2025.
MTM Critical Metals (ASX:MTM) is raising $7m at 8c per share to fund the acquisition of Flash Metals and its WA1 Resources’ (ASX:WA1)-adjacent niobium-REE exploration ground.
The popular raise was done at a tiny 3% discount to the 12-day volume weighted average price, but a 33% discount to Tuesday’s high of 12c/sh.
