Atlas Pearls (ASX:ATP) has reported a massive increase in revenue from loose pearl sales at a recent auction in Japan, which saw the company achieve a 272% increase in average pearl price, from $37.77 to $102.69 on pcp.

Adavale Resources (ASX:ADD) has been granted a key exploration licence (EL6957) in South Australia just as uranium spot prices push past US$80/lb towards new recent highs.

Kalina Power (ASX:KPO) has closed its entitlement offer to raise up to $2m at $0.004 per share to advance its Canadian projects, after receiving applications worth $803,433.66 of gross proceeds from eligible shareholders.

Reward Minerals (ASX:RWD) has entered into a binding share sale agreement with the receivers at Kalium Lakes, to acquire the Beyondie sulphate of potash project for $20 million.

Whispir (ASX:WSP) has received a letter of intent from Zipline Cloud (Pendula) outlining its intention to submit a non-binding indicative proposal to acquire all of the share capital in Whispir (or, alternatively, to acquire Whispir’s main undertaking) at a premium to the bid price under the Soprano offer last month of $0.48 per Whispir share.

Phase 2 drilling has kicked off at Krakatoa Resources (ASX:KTA) King Tamba project in WA’s Mid West region after the company hit a connected pegmatite running underneath three key prospects carrying high-grade lithium at surface.   

Pure Hydrogen Corporation (ASX:PH2) investee company Turquoise Group (PH2 has a 40% stake) is in the final construction phase for its turquoise hydrogen and graphene demonstration plant after receiving key equipment.

A resource upgrade could be on the cards for Victory Metals (ASX:VTM) after infill drilling at its flagship North Stanmore project in WA’s Cue region returned wide intersections and strong TREO grades of up to 4,484ppm. 

Olympio Metals (ASX:OLY) says Liontown Resources (ASX:LTR)  has elected to proceed with the Stage 1 farm-in over it’s Mulwarrie lithium project after completing a soil sampling program that produced several lithium anomalies and returned huge gold grades of up to 19.3g/t.

Brightstar Resources (ASX:BTR) has begun a ~5,000m Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling program at its Menzies gold project in WA after the completion of a heritage survey. 

Mount Ridley Mines (ASX:MRD) drilling has outlined the potential scale of its namesake project in WA’s Fraser Range sub-basin after returning thick intersections of rare earths in previously untested areas. 

Belararox (ASX:BRX) has made two key appoints to the roles of CFO and company secretary as it gears up for exploration across its portfolio of critical minerals projects. 

Lord Resources (ASX:LRD) says regional scale soil sampling has found four high priority Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum (LCT) anomalies at the Jingjing project in WA.

Raiden Resources (ASX:RDN) has also wrapped up some soil sampling, finding a lithium in soil trend with a 3.5km strike in the north and a lithium in soil trend with a 2.5km strike in the south parts of its Mt Sholl project in WA.

Vertex Minerals (ASX:VTX) has found more high-grade gold targets identified south of it’s Hill End gold plant and Reward resource in NSW.

And ADX Energy (ASX:ADX) says its Anshof-2 well in the ADX-AT-II license in Upper Austria has now been drilled to a depth of 2235m with the plan now to renew the Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) before drilling to a total depth of 2320m.
