South African coking coal producer MC Mining (ASX:MCM)<\/strong><\/a> has received a takeover offer from two of the company\u2019s largest shareholders \u2013 Senosi Group Investment Holdings and Dendocept.<\/p>\n

Strickland Metals (ASX:STK)<\/strong><\/a> is expanding its drill program at Marwari, part of the Horse Well prospect at its Yandal gold project, with a further four diamond holes planned.<\/p>\n

Pantoro (ASX:PNR)<\/strong><\/a> says October\u2019s 2023 estimated gold production from its Norseman project has increased by a further 16% to 6,186 ounces recovered, compared with 5,325 ounces produced during September 2023.<\/p>\n
