A surgeon specialising in sexual health has revealed you can tell the size of a man\u2019s penis without removing any clothes.<\/p>\n

According to one highly-trained expert, it\u2019s possible to determine the size of a man\u2019s penis by simply looking at a body part \u2013 and no, it\u2019s not his feet.<\/p>\n

Dr Rena Malik debunked the myth<\/a> a man\u2019s shoe size reflects his manhood while appearing on an episode of the popular podcast series Diary of a CEO.<\/p>\n

During her conversation with host Steven Bartlett, the surgeon \u2013 who practices in California \u2013 offered up an alternative body part<\/a> that was more reflective of a bloke\u2019s junk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s one study, it\u2019s a Japanese study where they looked at only Japanese men so there are some limitations, but they measured all these body parts and penile length and they found was that nose length was correlated with penile length, not hand length or foot,\u201d Dr Malik declared.<\/p>\n

The sexual health expert added she\u2019d noticed an uptick in patients who were concerned about the size of their genitals, suggesting some use a traction device to extend it.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are devices that are made for penile lengthening but they\u2019re also made for men who have something called Peyronie\u2019s disease,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

Peyronie\u2019s disease \u201cis a condition in which fibrous scar tissue forms in the deeper tissues under the skin of the penis\u201d causing curved and painful erections, Better Health<\/a> states.<\/p>\n

It also can make the penis shorter while erect.<\/p>\n

Dr Malik said a traction device can increase the length of a penis by up to 2cm.

Does size really matter these days?<\/h2>\n

However, males anxious about how their penis stacks up shouldn\u2019t worry, as new data proves women aren\u2019t bothered about size<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Academics at the University of Kent, in the UK\u2019s south, released a \u201cgroundbreaking\u201d study in February that showed \u201cwomen don\u2019t place considerable emphasis on large phallus size\u201d.<\/p>\n

Instead, researchers stated the age-old debate about whether \u201cbigger is better\u201d was actually fuelled by the taboo surrounding female sexual pleasure.<\/p>\n

The surprise bedroom revelation came after it was found that the average penis length<\/a> has increased over the past 30 years.<\/p>\n

Research published in the World Journal of Men\u2019s Health<\/a> last year discovered that the average penis size had grown 24 per cent over nearly three decades.<\/p>\n

But while many may think the findings are good news, experts warn it\u2019s actually a \u201cconcerning\u201d discovery.<\/p>\n

Researchers at Stanford University who conducted the study fear that phallic inflation is due to unhealthy habits, like bingeing junk food or being mostly sedentary, or even pollution.<\/p>\n

\u201cAny overall change in development is concerning, because our reproductive system is one of the most important pieces of human biology,\u201d Dr. Michael Eisenberg, the study\u2019s author, told Stanford Medicine\u2019s blog Scope.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we\u2019re seeing this fast of a change, it means that something powerful is happening to our bodies.\u201d<\/p>\n

Australian men have the 43rd biggest penises in the world, a study of international penis sizes found in 2022.<\/p>\n

The average erect length of an Australian penis is 5.69 inches (14.4cm) \u2013 but we beat the Poms who measure up at an average of 5.17 inches (13.1cm).

\nDr Malik isn\u2019t the first health professional to claim noses hold the key to identifying a man\u2019s penis size without removing any clothes.<\/p>\n

US plastic surgeon Dr Anthony Youn shared a video on TikTok in 2021 that said there is a significant correlation between the two body parts and their measurements.<\/p>\n

He cited a study<\/a>, published in Basic and Clinical Andrology, that found those with larger noses have an average penile length of 5.3 inches (13.5 cm), whilst people with shorter noses will sit at around 4.1 inches (10.4 cm).<\/p>\n

The study also concluded that penile length may not be determined by age, height or body weight \u2013 but actually before birth.
