civil engineering firm <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/company\/decmil-dcg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Decmil (ASX:DCG)<\/a> for 30c\/sh cash \u2013 a premium of 76.5% to most recent closing price and 81.8% to the 30-day VWAP of \u00a0DCG shares.<\/p>\n<p>Embattled coal play <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/company\/tigers-realm-coal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tigers Realm (ASX:TIG)<\/a> announced yesterday it would sell its Russian operations for $49m.<\/p>\n<p>An assessment by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade indicated that the
