{"id":7838,"date":"2024-04-02T01:49:18","date_gmt":"2024-04-02T01:49:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/economicherald.net\/?p=7838"},"modified":"2024-04-02T01:49:18","modified_gmt":"2024-04-02T01:49:18","slug":"pure-hydrogen-marks-first-revenue-from-vehicle-sales-with-delivery-of-electric-mini-buses-to-sapphire-coast-buslines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/economicherald.net\/?p=7838","title":{"rendered":"Pure Hydrogen marks first revenue from vehicle sales with delivery of electric mini-buses to Sapphire Coast Buslines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pure Hydrogen delivers two electric mini-buses worth ~$700,000 to Sapphire Coast Buslines<br \/>\nBuses delivered within stated timeline and with full regulatory clearance<br \/>\nSale highlights the market potential for PH2\u2019s leading suite of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Buses in domestic and international markets<br \/>\nCash funds from the sale have now been received<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Special Report:<\/em> Pure Hydrogen has successfully delivered two electric mini-buses worth ~$700,000 to Sapphire Coast Buslines in NSW, as it continues to unlock the <\/strong><strong>addressable market for zero-emission solutions for the heavy-vehicle sector<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The compact 7.5m long EV70 <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/energy\/this-companys-new-ev-buses-could-help-get-commercial-transport-to-zero-emissions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Citybus<\/strong><\/a> supplied by the company\u2019s 60%-owned subsidiary H-Drive International have a range of 325km.<\/p>\n<p>These vehicles are capable of seating 18 passengers and are designed to be accessible for wheelchair users and passengers with reduced mobility.<\/p>\n<p>Designed for both short and medium distance routes, the buses feature a quick recharge time of just 45 minutes, ensuring minimal downtime and maximising availability for service.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/company\/pure-hydrogen-corporation-ph2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Pure Hydrogen (ASX:PH2)<\/strong><\/a> says the buses were delivered within the stated timeline set out in the initial supply deal, with full regulatory clearance in accordance with comprehensive Australian Design Rules.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery of the mini-buses took place on Tuesday, March 26 at Sapphire\u2019s headquarters near Mirabella, southern NSW.<\/p>\n<p>The deal marks the first revenues generated from Pure Hydrogen\u2019s BEV bus range, with cash funds from the sale now received.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>E70 mini buses being readied for delivery. Pic: Supplied (PH2)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zero emission vehicles strategy continuing<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The delivery of the EV buses marks the continued execution of PH2\u2019s strategy to further unlock the addressable market for zero-emission solutions for the heavy-vehicle sector, across both commercial transport and passenger transport industries.<\/p>\n<p>Its pipeline includes the Taurus truck, Australia\u2019s first hydrogen-powered prime mover now in the final stages of ADR testing, and a specially designed <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/resources\/pure-hydrogens-fuel-cell-powered-garbage-truck-is-about-to-hit-the-road\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>waste removal truck<\/strong><\/a> which is being developed for leading Australian waste management business JJ\u2019s Waste &amp; Recycling.<\/p>\n<p>The Taurus prime mover is also <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/energy\/australias-first-hydrogen-fuel-cell-prime-mover-is-now-available-to-buy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>available for purchase<\/strong><\/a> and offers power, acceleration and range of more than 600km, while producing zero emissions.<\/p>\n<p>Refuelling also takes just 15 minutes rather than the hours recharging a large battery would take.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the hydrogen fuel cell waste removal trucks have power to spare for travelling around, picking up bins at every household and compacting waste compared to battery power.<\/p>\n<p>PH2 also has a <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/energy\/all-aboard-pure-hydrogen-has-inked-a-deal-to-sell-the-nsw-govt-snazzy-clean-energy-buses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>binding purchase order<\/strong><\/a> from Wilba Transport on behalf of the NSW Government for another E70 mini-bus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe official delivery of the EV70 mini-buses to Sapphire Coast Buslines further confirms the company\u2019s ability to execute on our stated strategy with respect to the manufacture and sale of state-of-the-art zero-emission vehicles, with a strategic focus on the heavy-vehicle industry,\u201d PH2 managing director Scott Brown said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very excited to have these vehicles delivered which represents the first revenue from vehicle sales.
