ADX Energy (ASX:ADX)<\/a>\u00a0bagged after its\u00a0Welchau-1 exploration well\u00a0intersected 115m of condensate rich gas shows<\/a>\u00a0in the primary target formation.<\/p>\n

Pentanet\u2019s (ASX:5GG)<\/a>\u00a0run continues after the cloud gaming stock upgraded its Gen 3 cloud infrastructure with NVIDIA L40 GPUs, to bring Pentanet into the NVIDIA Graphics Delivery Network (GDN).<\/p>\n

And shareholders of troubled\u00a0Iluka (ASX:ILU)<\/a>\u00a0mineral sands spinout\u00a0Sierra Rutile (ASX:SRX)<\/a>\u00a0have been thrown a lifeline in the form of an unsolicited takeover offer.<\/p>\n

PRM Services wants to acquire all SRX shares it does not own at a price of A$0.095 cash per share, which represents a 21.79% premium to the closing price of SRX shares on 19 March.<\/p>\n
