{"id":6522,"date":"2024-02-29T01:48:55","date_gmt":"2024-02-29T01:48:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/economicherald.net\/?p=6522"},"modified":"2024-02-29T01:48:55","modified_gmt":"2024-02-29T01:48:55","slug":"new-age-exploration-dines-out-on-wagyu-along-strike-from-de-greys-banquet-of-pilbara-gold-deposits","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/economicherald.net\/?p=6522","title":{"rendered":"New Age Exploration dines out on Wagyu, along strike from De Grey\u2019s banquet of Pilbara gold deposits"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New Age Exploration acquires Wagyu gold project<br \/>\nProject strategically located on strike between De Grey Mining\u2019s prolific Pilbara gold assets<br \/>\nGeophysical and geochemical exploration to begin immediately<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Special Report<\/em><\/strong><strong>: New Age Exploration has moved to acquire the Wagyu gold project in what could be transformational for the Pilbara-focused exploration outfit given its new asset is located along strike and midway between De Grey\u2019s landmark Hemi and Withnell deposits.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wagyu is central to <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/company\/new-age-exploration-nae\/\"><strong>New Age Exploration\u2019s (ASX:NAE)<\/strong><\/a> other Pilbara lithium and gold projects and nestled between <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/company\/de-grey-mining-deg\/\"><strong>De Grey Mining\u2019s (ASX:DEG)<\/strong><\/a> monster 10.5Moz Hemi and 600koz Withnell gold deposits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Transformational acquisition<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>NAE has entered into a mineral rights and sale agreement for the E47\/2974 exploration license \u2013 now named the Wagyu project \u2013 from a global building materials supplier for two $5,000 payments pertaining to the mineral rights and exploration license.<\/p>\n<p>The company has previously conducted a detailed review of the Central Pilbara\u2019s regional geophysics to assess for \u2018Hemi-style\u2019 targets, identifying the Wagyu gold project area as a location of significant interest.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Wagyu gold project location, right in the middle of De Grey Mining\u2019s tenements in the Pilbara.
