{"id":4973,"date":"2024-01-28T21:57:42","date_gmt":"2024-01-28T21:57:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/economicherald.net\/?p=4973"},"modified":"2024-01-28T21:57:42","modified_gmt":"2024-01-28T21:57:42","slug":"the-perfect-spot-anson-gears-up-to-build-a-dle-processing-plant-at-the-paradox-lithium-project-in-utah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/economicherald.net\/?p=4973","title":{"rendered":"The perfect spot: Anson gears up to build a DLE processing plant at the Paradox lithium project in Utah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A geotechnical study has confirmed the location of a proposed DLE processing plant<br \/>\nGeophysical surveys were carried out to test the dynamic properties of subsurface materials<br \/>\nThe site is strategically located on privately-owned land ~10km from the well extraction site at the Paradox <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Special Report<\/em>: A recently completed geotechnical engineering study has cemented the planned location of a proposed DLE plant at Anson\u2019s Paradox lithium project. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/company\/anson-resources-asn\/\"><strong>Anson Resources (ASX:ASN)<\/strong><\/a> has significantly de-risked the company\u2019s development plans following the completion of a geotechnical engineering study, which confirmed the subsurface conditions are suitable for construction of the proposed processing plant.<\/p>\n<p>The study collected data on the subsurface conditions for general construction recommendations at the proposed site to help determine the processing design.<\/p>\n<p>This work included site reconnaissance, subsurface exploration, acquisition of geophysical data and engineering analysis.<\/p>\n<p>ASN says the study has not only confirmed the site is suitable for the construction of a processing plant but has also highlighted that \u2013 prior to the laying of foundations \u2013 general site grading should be carried out to provide proper foundational support, exterior concrete flatwork and concrete slabs-on-grade.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Plan showing boreholes, trenches and geophysical lines in the geotechnical engineering work.
