~$83.3m \u2013 about double the company\u2019s current market cap.<\/p>\n<p>CE1 says it will distribute no less than 85% of the funds received from the Blackspur sale to Calima shareholders \u201cin the most tax effective form\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mobile betting co <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/company\/bluebet-bbt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BlueBet (ASX:BBT)<\/a> has played a straight bat to takeover speculation, saying that it is \u201cregularly involved in discussions with third parties regarding strategic initiatives, including [fellow bookie] Betr, aimed at maximising value for its shareholders\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile discussions may occur, there can be no certainty that any transaction will eventuate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Explorer <a href=\"https:\/\/stockhead.com.au\/company\/discovery-alaska-daf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Discovery Alaska (ASX:DAF)<\/a> will be leased the Vinsdale gold project in Alaska for an initial term of 15 years.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which has been inactive over the past decade, comes with a historic NI 43-101 inferred resource of 22Mt @ 1.53g\/t for
