Loyal Lithium (ASX:LLI)<\/strong><\/a> has reported high-grade channel results of up to 5.44% Li2O at at its Trieste project in James Bay, Canada.<\/p>\n

Chocolate maker Yowie Group (ASX:YOW)<\/strong><\/a> has received an off-market takeover offer from major shareholder Keybridge Capital (ASX:KBC)<\/strong><\/a> for a cash consideration of 3.4c per share, a small 10% premium to the one month VWAP.<\/p>\n

Microbiome health company Biome Australia (ASX:BIO)<\/strong><\/a> announced unaudited half year sales revenue of ~$6 million and Q2 unaudited sales revenue of ~$3.3 million.<\/p>\n

And reproductive biotechnology company, Memphasys (ASX:MEM)<\/strong><\/a> has signed an exclusive agreement with global IVF leader Vitrolife AB to sell and distribute its Felix System in both New Zealand and Canada.<\/p>\n
