WA1 Resources (ASX:WA1)<\/a> was up 25% yesterday to all time highs, capping off a fairy-tale year for one of the ASX\u2019s best performing stocks.<\/p>\n

It is now up 8,580% since October last year on the back of a big, high-grade niobium-rare earths find in the remote West Arunta region of WA.<\/p>\n

A bullish recommendation from research analysts Canaccord Genuity was probs partially responsible for yesterday\u2019s action. You can read more about that here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Vinyl Group (ASX:VNL)<\/a>\u00a0inked a +$10 million deal to acquire The Brag Media,\u00a0publisher of iconic\u00a0Rolling Stone\u00a0in Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n

It will be funded by\u00a0WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC)<\/a>\u00a0founder, CEO and keen muso Richard White,\u00a0 who\u00a0in his early days worked as roadie, repairing guitars on tour for bands \u00a0like AC\/DC and The Angels<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Software company FirstWave Cloud Technology (ASX:FCT)<\/a> secured a $1m transaction with Telmex, Mexico\u2019s largest telecommunications group.<\/p>\n

Metalicity (ASX:MCT)<\/a> settled a years-long fracas with Nex Metals over the Kookynie and Yundamindra gold joint venture in WA.<\/p>\n

MCT will now hold 80% of the JV, up from 51%.<\/p>\n
