Special Report:<\/em> Soil sampling at Raiden Resources\u2019 Mt Sholl project in WA\u2019s Pilbara region has defined several lithium-in-soil trends with strike lengths of 3.5km and 2.5km.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mt Sholl is highly prospective for lithium-bearing pegmatites with multiple pegmatite fields defined by other parties adjacent to the project focus.<\/p>\n

Raiden Resources\u2019 (ASX:RDN)<\/strong><\/a> focus is on the northern-most tenement (E47\/3181) which has the same lithology as the recently discovered high-grade lithium trend at the Osborne joint venture between Greentech Metals\u2019 (ASX:GRE)<\/strong><\/a> and Artemis Resources (ASX: ARV)<\/strong><\/a> that delivered rock chips of up to 3.63% Li2O and a recent pegmatite drill intercept.<\/p>\n

Soil sampling began over the tenement during October to evaluate the potential for lithium-bearing pegmatites on the RDN ground.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Multiple lithium trends defined<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A lithium-in-soil trend with a strike length of 3.5km and with peak value of 138.5 parts per million (ppm) lithium was defined across the north-central part of the tenement and along strike from the Osborne discovery.<\/p>\n

Another separate 2.5km lithium trend with peak value of 187.5ppm lithium in the south-east of the tenement does not seem to be associated with any of the known anomalies\/trends in the district.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese recent results from the Mt Sholl campaign have defined multiple anomalous lithium trends within the property,\u201d RDN managing director Dusko Ljubojevic said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe fact that the anomalies are within the same district and along strike from a recent pegmatite discovery on the adjoining property, provide further encouragement that the anomalies may be associated with a mineralised system.<\/p>\n

\u201cManagement plan to initiate a detailed follow up work campaign in order to refine the anomalous trends and hopefully define drill targets on the Mt Sholl lithium project.<\/p>\n

\u201cOver the past several months, the company has been undertaking targeting work over multiple properties and we are very pleased that the work is yielding positive results, that will hopefully lead to multiple drill programs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Back on the exploration tools in the new year<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The company plans to carry out further follow-up programs in early 2024, including a detailed analysis of the regolith in relation to these soil anomalies.<\/p>\n

In addition, previously mapped structures, and a re-evaluation RDN\u2019s aeromagnetic data will be used to target for potential concealed structures, which may act as potential hosts of LCT pegmatite mineralisation.<\/p>\n
