Good morning, and welcome to Stockhead\u2019s Top 10 at shortly-before-11-ish, to highlight the best (and sometimes worst) performing ASX stocks in morning trade using live data, to provide a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms.<\/p>\n

The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every ASX stock has started trading \u2013\u00a0for better or worse \u2013\u00a0and lucky ol\u2019 me gets to try to get a sense of what\u2019s happening.<\/p>\n

Regeneus (ASX:RGS)<\/strong><\/a> is up this morning on the heels of the company\u2019s AGM yesterday, where \u2013 among other things \u2013 shareholders voted to allow the company to transfer 700,000 shares of unlisted biotech Sangui Bio as part of a debt settlement with Paddington St Finance.<\/p>\n

Dalaroo Metals (ASX:DAL)<\/strong><\/a> is on the rise this morning, on news that Delta Lithium (ASX:DLI)<\/strong><\/a> has coughed up a cool $1 million for Dalaroo\u2019s lithium mineral rights at the Lyons River project in WA, leaving Dalaroo with $500,000 worth of Delta shares, and $500,000 folding money to spend on its Goodbody gold prospect, Browns base metal prospect and the View Hill REE prospect.<\/p>\n

Prospech (ASX:PRS)<\/strong><\/a> is showing a dip this morning on news of a share purchase plan, that would allow shareholders to nab up to $30,000 worth of new Prospech shares at an issue price of $0.031, well below yesterday\u2019s closing price of $0.041.<\/p>\n

Intra Energy (ASX:IEC)<\/strong><\/a> is also showing a dip, following the company\u2019s recent AGM. Shareholders there have voted in favour of a 10% placement facility and the issuing of a tranche of adviser and director options.<\/p>\n

Eclipse Metals (ASX:EPM)<\/strong><\/a> is lower this morning, despite announcing that rare earth mineralisation at the company\u2019s Gr\u00f8nnedal project in Greenland \u201cextends over 5 km by 2km, with an exploration target focusing on 3 km by 800 m of ferrocarbonatite\u201d.<\/p>\n
