Special Report:<\/em> Sprintex has unveiled two new automotive supercharger systems at a leading automotive aftermarket expo and has already secured US$80,000 in new orders.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Clean air compressor engineering, research, product development and manufacturing company Sprintex (ASX:SIX)<\/strong><\/a> designs and manufactures electric and mechanically driven clean air compressors for use in a wide variety of applications.<\/p>\n

These include superchargers that improve the performance of automobile engines, hydrogen fuel cells that require a constant flow of oxygen rich air, and industrial oil-free clean air applications, including wastewater treatment.<\/p>\n

Its twin screw superchargers operate in a thermal and volumetric efficiency range that results in lower discharge temperature and drive power requirements at all power levels, reducing engine stress.<\/p>\n

SIX\u2019s new products launched in the New Products Expo at the giant SEMA Show in Nevada, US, make it the first mainstream aftermarket supercharger manufacturer to launch a supercharger system for the new Generation 2 Toyota GR86\/Subaru BRZ platform that was introduced in 2022.<\/p>\n

It also launched second generation versions of previously successful systems to suit Dodge Challenger, Charger and Chrysler 300 vehicles produced from 2012 to 2022.<\/p>\n

Besides the new orders, SIX has also registered interest from over 100 automotive companies that attended the SEMA Expo.<\/p>\n

\u201cIntroduction of the Generation 2 GR86 and BRZ has reignited interest in this nimble sports car range, which is now produced in higher volumes than ever before, selling in most major markets around the world in both left and right-side drive versions,\u201d managing director Jay Upton said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe \u2018industry only\u2019 SEMA event was up 22% on attendance over 2022 with the return of thousands of international buyers (following the Covid 19 pandemic), giving Sprintex exposure to buyers in an automotive aftermarket industry which continues to grow annually, exceeding US$58bn in 2023 in the USA alone.\u201d<\/p>\n
