Good morning, and welcome to Stockhead\u2019s Top 10 at shortly-before-11-ish, which is meant to highlight the best (and sometimes worst) performing ASX stocks in morning trade using live data, to provide a short, sharp update to help frame the trading day by showing the biggest movers in percentage terms that have made announcements.<\/p>\n

The market opens at 10am (eastern time) and the data is taken at 10:15am, once every ASX stock has started trading \u2013\u00a0for better or worse \u2013\u00a0and then I do my best to make sense of who\u2019s moving where and why it might be happening.<\/p>\n

The ASX opened higher, with the benchmark up +0.28% and the goldies off and running for the second day in a row.<\/p>\n

Mithril Resources (ASX:MTH)<\/strong><\/a> has received firm commitments for a capital raising of $3.7 million at $0.20 with cornerstone investment by Jupiter Gold and Silver Fundn at a 29 per cent premium to its last traded share price.<\/p>\n

Noviqtech (formerly Tymlez) (ASX:NVQ)<\/strong><\/a> was climbing early, possibly due to yesterday\u2019s news that the company has added a new AI-powered chatbot, driven by Google Gemini, to its flagship SaaS product, Carbon Central.<\/p>\n

Classic Minerals (ASX:CLZ)<\/strong><\/a> was up early, after announcing an extension to the closing date of its non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue at an issue price of $0.004 per new share, with 1 bonus option for every 2 shares subscribed for, exercisable at $ 0.02 on or before 30 June 2027.<\/p>\n

Eastern Resources (ASX:EFE)<\/strong><\/a> announced that the company has engaged Nagom, an experienced lithium consultancy in Perth, to plan and manage metallurgical testwork for samples from the Lepidolite Hill Project.<\/p>\n
